Dr. Jeffery Rice "Free health care clinics are a great blessing to the many people who lack health insurance. I never cease to be amazed by the stories of those who have simply fallen through the cracks of society and cannot afford to pay for basic health care. Many of these are working poor - people who strive daily to make a living, to put food on the table and a roof over their heads - who have no money left over for medical care.
